This Morning is preparing for a hosting change next week, when Rylan Clark returns with a new presenting partner.

This week’s hosts have been Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle, with Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary scheduled to take over on Friday.

ITV has confirmed that Big Brother will return next week, with Rylan Clark co-hosting alongside Emma Willis.

Emma previously presented Big Brother on Channel 5, while Rylan hosted the sister show Bit On The Side; they have also previously co-hosted This Morning.

Rylan will take over for Cat Deeley, who co-hosted This Morning with Rylan earlier this month. Bookmakers have Rylan as their top pick for a permanent job on the show, maybe replacing Phillip Schofield.

Rylan Clark has 5/4 odds to succeed Phillip Schofield and, more recently, Holly Willoughby, who left the show under frightening threats of kidnapping and murder.

Rylan joins Josie Gibson, Craig Doyle, Rochelle Humes, and Ben Shepherd as a rotating presenter from Monday to Thursday.

Many admirers have resorted to social media to voice their conviction that Rylan is a good choice for the role.
