Pancakes, bacon, eggs and hashbrowns are seen inside of Sgt. Pepper's Cafe earlier this month in Springfield.

My order: There are two Sgt. Pepper’s in town; the one on Jefferson has been open a few months. There, I ordered the All-American Breakfast ($13.99), which included two eggs, hash browns, two buttermilk pancakes and a choice of either three sausages or bacon strips. What I got was more food than I could eat. However, my scrambled eggs weren’t really scrambled, but instead cooked flat and then sliced into pieces. My friend got a Buffalo chicken horseshoe ($19.99), which reportedly was tasty, although the cheese sauce was a bit dry.

Likes: There are daily lunch specials for $11.99.

Dislikes: It seems like some items are a bit overpriced. Also, I could not find an online menu.

What would I order next time? I might try the Turkey Club sandwich ($15.99), which features turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato on toast, along with a side of fries.
