On Thursday, Dec. 7, TikTok sensation and author of “Safe and Sound: A Renter Friendly Guide to Home Repair,” Mercury Stardust, will be in Boise for a book signing. The author will be at Rediscovered Books, located at 180 N. Eighth St., from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. to sign copies of her new book. The event does not require tickets, but you must purchase a copy of her book from Rediscovered Books to enter the signing line.

Mercury Stardust, the self-titled “Trans Handy Ma’am,” is a professional home maintenance technician and award-winning activist. Stardust has more than 16 years of experience working as a maintenance technician and grew her platform by making videos aimed at helping people learn to perform their own renter-friendly maintenance projects. Today, she has over 2.5 million TikTok followers.
