Decorating with planters will never go out of style. However, there is no need to spend loads of money on tall vases when you can make one with pool noodles. Create two sets of five circles (x-large, large, medium, small, x-small) with the foam stick by connecting the ends with duct tape. Then, stack the rings to form a barrel shape with the two x-small pieces at the ends and the two x-large ones in the center. Once the ten circles are attached, spray paint the vase. Fill it with tall faux flowers, branches, or feathers and use it to jazz up your place.
