Green Friday planned
Local residents are invited to celebrate Green Friday and the Arkansas State Parks Centennial with friends at Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources in Smackover.
On Friday, from 1 until 2:30 p.m., the museum will be hosting a special Centennial Celebration for the 100th Anniversary of Arkansas State Parks, complete with cupcakes, a special centennial program and a hands-on activity using recycled materials. This family-friendly event is free of charge and open to all.

Dawn of Ascension will perform Friday evening at DP’s Food Truck Park, 2117 N. College, from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Made in America will perform Friday at PJ’s Coffee Shop, 106 W. Main, from 8-10 p.m.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25
Farmers Market open
The Farmers Market at MAD will be open at the MAD Amphitheater, 106 E. Locust, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Small Business Saturday
Local residents are invited to visit downtown El Dorado from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to participate in the national Small Business Saturday event. Free holiday gift totes will be available in some participating shops on the Square.
Car show set
The monthly Cruise Night Car Show will be held from 4-8 p.m. in downtown El Dorado.
Bingo planned
The VFW at 451 Industrial Rd. will host bingo Saturday evening. Quarter bingo starts at 5 p.m., and regular bingo follows at 7.
Karaoke night scheduled
A karaoke night will be held at DP’s Food Truck, 2117 N. College, from 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
Tunesmith to perform
Tunesmith will perform Saturday evening at MAD House 101, 101 E. Locust, from 8-9 p.m.
