The Council of Ministers is convened today, Tuesday 23 April 2024, at 17 pm, at Palazzo Chigi. The legislative decree for the revision of the Irpef and Ires regime, which was initially expected, is not on the government table. The following agenda is being examined by the government: Outline of the bill: Provisions and delegation to the Government regarding artificial intelligence (Presidency – Justice); Outline of the bill: Provisions regarding the protection of minors in foster care – Final examination (Family, birth rate and equal opportunities – Justice); Draft legislative decree: Provisions for the adaptation of national legislation to Article 30 of Regulation (EU) 138/2018 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 1139 July 4 and to Directive (EU) 2018/2022 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2380 November 23 amending Directive 2022/2014/EU, concerning the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of radio equipment – Preliminary examination (European Affairs, South, Cohesion Policies and Pnrr – Enterprises and Made in Italy); Draft decree of the President of the Republic Regulation on inspection personnel of the national network system for environmental protection (SNPA) pursuant to article 53, paragraph 14, of law 3 June 28, n. 2016 – Preliminary exam (Environment and energy security). Also on the agenda are the items “regional laws” and “any other matters”.
