According to recent rumors, Hollywood actor Tom Cruise allegedly abandoned his romance with Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova shortly after meeting her children.

The duo is claimed to have met for the first time in December at a party in Mayfair, when they were seen showing affection.

However, reports now suggest that they separated just days after Cruise met Khayrova’s children.

According to The Sun, Cruise opted to “cool off the romance” but expressed a wish to retain a cordial relationship, especially given that they live in the same London apartment complex.

A person familiar with the matter said, “To end things on a bad note would have been awkward if they’d bumped into each other in the lift.”

According to recent accounts, their breakup appeared to have been amicable, with no residual resentment.

For Cruise, it appears that their relationship had just reached its logical conclusion.

Khayrova, who has a boy and a daughter from her previous marriage to Russian millionaire Dimitry Tsvetkov, just introduced Cruise to her children prior to their divorce.

The announcement follows claims from last week that they were getting closer, with Cruise routinely spending overnight at her opulent London residence.

The couple was spotted together at a gala event benefiting London’s Air Ambulance Charity at the Raffles Hotel, despite arriving separately.
