Tom Sandoval accuses Ariana Madix of being ‘petty’ during their property battle.
The couple, who split up last year after nearly a decade together, has been involved in legal issues, with Ariana filing a lawsuit two weeks ago to sell their jointly acquired Valley Village home.
Sandoval revealed on Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, that she rejected down what he considers a fair offer for the home.
He disclosed the specifics of his offer, revealing a potential buyout of $3.1 million.
And expressed frustration, claiming that the offer he made was a sincere attempt to settle the dispute amicably.
The singer, 40, responded to charges that his want to keep the mansion is a ‘psychopath move,’ saying, “Ariana is making it out to be that my wanting to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it is not.”
“She hasn’t paid a single bill for this house in eight months’ and hasn’t lived in their home for two or three months,” he said.
“It’s like, I’m losing at Monopoly, so I’m going to flip the board over. “That is what it is.”
The lawsuit indicates Madix’s preference for a ‘partition by sale,’ indicating her request that a judge intervene and order the sale of the property to facilitate the division of revenues.
