The Township of Wilmot has hired STEPS (Sustainable Thinking and Expression on Public Space) Public Art to develop a new arts and culture master plan to help guide the creation of art and cultural events in the township.

Hired by municipalities across the province to help guide the development of arts and culture master plans, including in nearby Stratford where they helped draft both a municipal cultural plan and a public art plan for the Downtown Stratford BIA, STEPS Public Art is a cultural organization that inspires communities across Canada to create welcoming public spaces that reflect local culture. STEPS develops engagements, placemaking strategies, public-art policies and installations that foster vibrant communities.
