
The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office said cars are sliding off the road due to black ice.
BOISE, Idaho — A travel warning was issued by county sheriff’s Friday night for travelers using State Highway 75 in Blaine County.
According to the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, there is currently black ice on the highway, creating dangerous conditions for travelers. They said vehicles are sliding off the road near Hospital Drive, south of Ketchum, and Country Side Boulevard, south of Hailey.
“Please use extreme caution,” police said.
Residents planning to travel, check the Idaho Department of Transportation’s website for road conditions.
