Travis Barker shot down “ridiculous” reports that he is the cause of Kourtney and Kim Kardashian’s ongoing conflict.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, the Blink-182 drummer blasted the internet for resurfacing his years-old admissions about the SKIMS billionaire, saying, “You give people a little information and they think they’ve solved the mystery of ‘this is why they’re fighting.’ It’s just so ridiculous.”

The Lemme mogul’s hatred toward Kim is largely assumed to derive from Barker’s past romance on her sister, which he revealed to in his 2016 memoir.

The artist described his crush on The Kardashians star while she worked as a closet organizer for his then-girlfriend, Paris Hilton, in the book.

“That’s her sister. She knows we used to talk. Nothing bad was going on. I obviously shared all that stuff because I wanted to move past it. It was therapeutic for me,” Barker said.

Tensions rose during a tense phone discussion between Kim and Kourtney during the inaugural episode of Hulu’s reality TV show, as they confronted one other about old grudges.

Though the origins of their animosity can be traced back to when Kourtney accused the American Horror Story: Delicate star of using her 2022 wedding to Travis.
