Travis Kelce, like Taylor Swift, appears to have courted his lady love’s family as their romance blossomed.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was recently sighted at Swift’s concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina, when the Grammy-winning musician made a rare grand gesture for her beau.

Not only did the singer tweak a phrase in Karma to include a mention to Kelce, but she also shared a kiss backstage following her performance. This was something the Lavender Haze singer had never done before in any of her previous relationships.

During the event, Kelce was seen enjoying the show with Swift’s father, Scott, who has apparently given the football player his blessing for the next big step in their relationship.

“Scott gets along great with Travis and supports this relationship wholeheartedly — he loves seeing Taylor this happy,” a source told Life & Style Magazine.

According to the source, Kelce not only gave the longtime Philadelphia Eagles supporter a Chiefs lanyard, but he also persuaded him to do something else.

Scott “gave Travis his blessing to take the next step with Taylor. They have already been talking marriage, and friends think they will be engaged by Christmas.”

Many of Swift’s famous friends have also endorsed the NFL player. Abigail Anderson, Taylor’s longtime BFF, “liked” a video of Taylor’s Karma shout-out to him.

Gigi Hadid, meanwhile, commented on a video of the shoutout, writing, ““We are all over the moon for our girl. Period. [heart and fire emoji]”

Swift, 33, and Kelce, 34, fueled romance rumors in September after meeting in July.
