The Tri-Valley Lions Club honored Mazie Sankus as Outstanding Student of the Arts for November. Mazie was selected for her talent as a visual artist.

Mazie, a daughter of Paul and Nikki Sankus, resides in Hegins and is a senior at Tri-Valley High School. In addition to her artistic accomplishments in school, she has participated in soccer, student council and Athletes For Christ. Sh

She plans to study cosmetology at the Empire Beauty School.
