Tyga Owes Blac Chyna Child Support and Joint Custody of Their Kid King

Blac Chyna is thinking about how Tyga affects their 10-year-old son, King Cairo.

Reports say that the 35-year-old socialite filed a court case against the rapper to “determine the parental relationship” of her son.

“The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party,” the documents said, according to The Blast.

In the papers, she asked for split custody of King with the rapper and asked for child support for their son.

The letter is also said to have given details about her living situation, which are not known at this time.

White’s unusual move is surprising because the model, with whom she shares Dream, has said in the past that neither Tyga nor Rob Kardashian pay child support.

This is the first time she and Tyga have had a “formal custody case filed with the Los Angeles County Courts” about their son.

Last March, Chyna said in public that she sold three of her cars to take care of her kids because she was a single parent and didn’t get child support.

In response, the rapper said that King stayed with him from Monday to Saturday and that he paid $40,000 a year to pay for his education.
