MADISON, Wis. — University of Wisconsin-Madison professors will be brushing shoulders with world leaders in Dubai this week as a part of the UN Climate Change Conference.

“It’s huge, and can be pretty overwhelming,” said UW-Madison professor of environmental law Sumudu Atapattu, who has attended the conference in the past and will make the trip to Dubai on Tuesday for this year’s event.
