Varroc appoints Dixit Roy Mahidhara as CEO of subsidiary, CarIQ Tech

Varroc, a leading global tier-1 automotive supplier, has appointed Dixit Roy Mahidhara as Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary – CarIQ Technologies Private Ltd. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this critical role and will help drive the future of connected vehicles at Varroc, the company said.

In his new role, Mahidhara will report to Arjun Jain, CEO, Varroc, and will be responsible for the growth and strategic direction for CarIQ.

I am confident that the blend of his strong experience in the SaaS space, his passion and energy for automotive and connectivity, and the fundamental strength of the Varroc Connect product will enable CarIQ to set the benchmark in the connected vehicle market,” Arjun Jain said.

Mahidhara brings 25+ years of comprehensive experience in the technology industry. His extensive experience spans across products, business models, customer segments, and competitive landscapes, reinforcing his unwavering commitment to leveraging technology to bring an impactful change.

In his long-standing career,. Mahidhara has worked with organizations such as Cloud Software Group, Citrix, Adobe, and Hewlett Packard.

Varroc acquired CarIQ in 2019 to enhance its standing in the connected vehicle market, and since then the company has experienced growth by on-boarding thousands of users onto its platform along with strong OEM and BFSI customers leveraging its platform to solve their business challenges, the company said in a media release.
