Misha Daha joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in its finance and transactions practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Daha advises borrowers and lenders in syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, both domestically and on a cross-border basis across direct lending, subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, and letter of credit facilities, the firm said.

She joins from Ashurst.
