BURLINGTON, Vt. – The Vermont men’s and women’s basketball programs hosted their annual Vermont Hockey Media Day on Wednesday afternoon at Patrick Gym with food provided by Little Caesars.

Cioffi Men’s Basketball Coach John Becker and Mayer Women’s Basketball Coach Alisa Kresge addressed the media, followed by one-on-one interviews with select student-athletes from both teams. Click below for coverage from media day.

The men face Catholic in an exhibition this Saturday (Oct. 28) at 1 p.m. before beginning the regular season on Monday, November 6 hosting Merrimack in non-conference action at 7:30 p.m. The women’s team opens the season on Thursday, November 2 with a 6 p.m. contest against St. Michael’s before kicking off the regular season at 5 p.m. against Miami (Ohio) on Monday, November 6. Both regular season games on November 6 will air exclusively on ESPN+ with Rob Ryan and Bernie Cieplicki on the call.
