Walton Arts Center, Walmart AMP release impact report for 2024 season – Talk Business & Politics


The Walton Arts Center and the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion (AMP) recently released a 2024 impact study showing the two performing arts venues had a total economic impact of $68.2 million in event-related spending and supported more than 1,000 jobs.

The 2024 Community Impact Report for the venues included several highlights:
• More than 514,000 people attended a performance, event or school show at the venues during the 2024 season.


• Walton Arts Center sold 117,855 tickets and hosted 210 performances and events.

• The Walton Arts Center and the Walmart AMP hosted a total of 270 shows and events.

• 3,243 tickets were donated to 37 agencies or nonprofits serving Northwest Arkansas residents.

• Walton Arts Center’s arts education initiatives served more than 26,000 students and teachers during the 2024 season.

The numbers included in the report for the Walton Arts Center were for fiscal 2024, from July 2023 to June 2024, while those for the AMP were for fiscal 2025, from April 2024 to March 2025. Link here for the full report.

The AMP previously provided sales and other information on its most recent season, which ended this past fall. This season included 49 shows in the Cox Concert Series and over 385,000 tickets sold.
