WESTERLY — Downtown Westerly’s monthly Arts Crawl will return Friday, April 4, from 5-8 p.m., according to Keith Cowley, the founder and director of Living Sharks Museum, who encourages crawlers to “explore downtown Westerly’s open art studios and art installations along the Arts Crawl route.”
