Miason Sia’s brain Vratika Gupta has in a huge real estate investment bought a swanky apartment in the “Three Sixty West” tower of Mumbai for over Rs 116.42 crore. The upscale home decor brand’s owner bought the luxurious residence situated super-fancy tower in Lower Parel area which offers a stunning view of the sea.
Significantly, Gupta’s new purchase stands out as the first single residential deal this year to surpass the Rs 100 crore mark, according to IndexTap.com, a real estate data analytics firm.
Miason Sia’s real estate investment showcases a growing trend of high-value transactions in the housing sector. Sprawling over 12,138 square feet and accommodating eight parking spots it is a substantial elite living space.
According to official records, the apartment was registered on January 7, 2024. Gupta began her journey Anjuman Fashions Ltd and holds degrees from the Pearl Academy of Fashion and NIFT.
She has previously worked as a designer for Anju Modi between 2009 and 2011. Gupta is yet to comment on her recent penthouse splurge.
In 2022, she founded a high-end home decor company inspired by her passion for exploring new places and unconventional building designs. The company caters to aesthetic and high-end architectural decor for homes.
