Why Did Ariana Grande Tattoo the Wicked Glinda Figure on Her Hand?

Ariana Grande recently got a tattoo of a character from the musical Wicked on the back of her hand.

In a new interview with Allure, the singer of “Positions” said she had a lot of tattoos, but her newest one was special because it was of a character from “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” a movie whose production was stopped because of a strike by the writers and players.

The 30-year-old said, “This one I knew I wanted to get for a very long time.”

The singer and actor said, “It’s Glinda from the original L. Frank Baum book.”

“I waited forever to fill up this hand. And I thought, ‘I’m gonna wait for the right thing to come along, and yeah, that felt very right’,” the singer said.

Ariana also bleached her brown hair to a creamy blonde for the upcoming part and said it was one of her “favorite looks.”

Honeymoon Avenue and Daydreamin will be performed live on her new record, Yours Truly, which comes out this Friday.

It’s said that Demi Lovato also broke up with Scooter, so Ariana isn’t the only singer who broke up with him.

Fans thought it was all because of Taylor Swift because he wouldn’t sell the rights of her music to Big Machine records when she was linked to them.
