The mysterious landing of a big metal sphere on a beach in Japan has left government officials baffled. The iron ball of unknown origin washed ashore on the shores of the Japanese city of Hamamatsu, and local authorities have no idea what it is. After worries that the sphere could be a mine, X-Ray technology was utilized to confirm that the spherical was empty. According to media sources, there is also no evidence that the ball was used for espionage by China or North Korea, despite recent claims that Japan “seriously believed” Chinese balloons had flown over its territory in recent years. Some social media users have hypothesized that the sphere is actually an alien spacecraft, contrary to the hypothesis that it is merely a broken-off mooring buoy.
