Watch: NOWCAST streaming newscastsPolice said the victim used the emergency trunk release to free himself from the trunk and made contact with officers. According to police, the victim was kidnapped by a man while visiting a woman at an apartment in the 5100 block of Ambercrest Drive.A man with a handgun came inside and robbed the victim of cash, police said. Police said the man then forced the victim into the truck of the victim’s car. Police are now looking for the suspect, who they said was driving a black, 2023 Dodge Charger with a Kentucky license plate. Police believe the victim was targeted and this was not a random act.This story will be updated as new information becomes available.
