A woman appeared before a Hamilton County judge on Friday after being accused of purposefully hitting someone with a car.Charnay Maddox, 24, appeared for her arraignment in the Hamilton County Courthouse on Friday morning.According to the prosecution, Maddox got into an argument with the victim before hopping into a car and hitting them twice.The defense for Maddox is arguing that the victim had a knife.Maddox has been charged with felonious assault and was handed a $50,000 bond on Friday.
