A woman has ditched her makeup for skincare and raved about a colour-changing sunscreen that adapts to your skin colour.
The TikToker replaced her foundation and bronzer to Colorscience tinted sunscreen and was impressed by the result.
Picking up from the trend of minimalistic “no makeup” makeup, the suncare brand’s Total Protection Face Shield Flex creates a flawless complexion by transforming the ordinary white sunscreen to match your skin colour.

The TikToker explained how the colour-changing sunscreen work: “I replace my makeup with skincare and my skin has been so happy with me, so I’m gonna show you what I do.
“Everything that I use is from Colorscience. I’ve already done my skincare, I’ve applied sunscreen it’s a mineral sunscreen but it blends in so seamlessly and it leaves no white cast.
“First I go with Colorscience Total Protection Face Shield Flex, it’s like tinted sunscreen and what’s really cool is it comes out white, but then when you rub it in, it’s tinted.
“If you wanted to, you could use this as your base but the reason why I apply my sheer sunscreen first is because I like my makeup to be natural and I just want a little bit of a tinted sunscreen so I can get my skin to be even.
“I blend it in with the Beauty Blender as I would a foundation.”
As she showed on camera, the white sunscreen transformed to a fair, light beige colour that matched perfectly to her skin tone.
“Next I use the facial bronze and put it on the sponge. Next step is blush, this one is called Color Balm and it’s in shade Berry,” she said while dabbing the product on her cheeks.
“It looks very natural and it’s like I just got sunkissed at the beach.”
The SPF product has amassed over three million views on TikTok and beauty-lovers were stunned by the “true match”. Despite the ability to adapt to skin colour, shoppers have to choose either fair, medium or tan to match with their skin tone.
The £33 tinted sunscreen is formulated with iron oxide pigments and patented ‘EnviroScreen Technology’ while offering a buildable coverage with a demi-matte finish.
If you are not sure between two shades, we recommend getting the lighter one.
Korean beauty brand Dr Jart’s popular tinted moisturiser also offered SPF 50 for daily sun protection. However, it’s not colour-adapting so shoppers will have to pick the shade closest to their skin tone.
Ultra Violette’s Daydream Screen Tinted Veil has 40% off and is available in 15 different shades. It gives a light but glowy finish.
