Women’s Tennis Ends Fall Slate at Auburn Invite


AUBURN, Ala. – Ole Miss women’s tennis ended their fall season on the last day of the Auburn Fall Invite on Sunday. The team garnered a doubles and a singles victory.
 
The morning saw doubles action, where Emma Kette and Lucie Devier would grab their second doubles win together. The duo defeated Olivia Dorner and Karly Friedland, 7-5.
 
Devier’s doubles success translated to a singles win later in the day. The senior won a tight battle over Florida’s Sophie Williams, 2-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-7). 
  
The Rebels will return to the courts in January for dual competition.
