Women’s Tennis Travels to Buffalo

AMHERST, N.Y. (BUBearcats.com) – The Binghamton University women’s tennis team will compete in its final contest of the fall this Saturday, Oct. 28, in a doubleheader match against the University at Buffalo and Saint Francis University.

Last time out, the Bearcats competed against Rider, Marist and NJIT at the Marist Invite, Oct. 13.

BU registered two doubles and singles wins over Rider to start off the day before winning one doubles match against Marist. The Bearcats ended the afternoon against NJIT but recorded no victories.

Binghamton has faced off against the Bulls fifteen times since 2012 but have recorded no team victories. BU has seen Saint Francis just twice before and hold a 1-1 series tie against the Red Flashes with its first victory coming 5-2 in 2001.

The Bearcats will compete in their championship season this spring as first year members of the Northeast Conference. Schedule details will be available soon on bubearcats.com.
