For a night of seeing what’s good in this world, a tried and true dose of First Friday gallery openings might do it.
Here’s what’s going on:
Artist Clayton Hamilton, whose College Ave. murals we recently wrote about, curated a group show celebrating Black artists. Printmaker Alejandra Carrillo also put together a group exhibition that is a love letter to Latine women artists. And if you are looking to walk in the footsteps of the greats, the years-long tradition of opening artists’ studios to the public is still going strong at the Murphy Arts building, Harrison Center and Stutz,.

Exploring the second floor of The Murphy Arts Center is like going on a scavenger hunt.

Winter Exhibition Series Opening Reception
