Friday will see showers in the morning, then cloudy in the afternoon, with a high of 54 degrees.

Saturday’s high will be 61 degrees with a few afternoon clouds, mainly sunny. Higher wind gusts are possible.

On Sunday, a cold snap moves through, and the high will only be 44 degrees. There will be sunshine and clouds mixed. The low is 28 degrees on Sunday night.

Travis Tritt brings his acoustic show

Travis Tritt will bring his acoustic show to the historic Paramount Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 15.

Tritt rose to country stardom with hits including “Country Club,” “Here’s a Quarter,” “I’m Gonna Be Somebody,” “Anymore” and “Foolish Pride.” More than 30 years later, he continues to play to sold-out crowds across the globe.

St. Patrick’s Day Tent Party at Pax Verum

Pax Verum Brewing of Lapel will host St. Patrick’s 2024 Tent Party.

On Friday, Beautiful Day — U2 Tribute will take the stage at 7 p.m. On Saturday, Boozehounds and Wilder Kind will entertain beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Admission is $10 per person for each day.

The Johnny Cash Experience at Emens

The Johnny Cash Experience promises to bring songs and stories from the “Man in Black” to the stage in a way that audiences haven’t seen or heard before.

With video of Johnny from episodes of “The Johnny Cash TV Show” projected on a screen above the stage, a live band and singers will accompany him.

Show time is 7:30 p.m. at Emens Auditorium on the campus of Ball State University.

Fairgrounds hosts Flower + Patio Show

The Indiana State Fairgrounds is the site of the Indiana Flower + Patio Show this weekend. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The final day is Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The show will be in the West Pavilion and Expo Hall.

Admission is $15 for adults (at the door) or $13 (online only) and free for kids under 12.
