CHILLICOTHE — Want to buy a used car or maybe you need your current car worked on? Either way Zars Cars has you covered.

Zars Cars is a locally owned and operated used car lot and mechanic shop. The owners previously owned a restaurant franchise in town but decided to move to cars due to the love they had for the industry. Dawn Zarbakhsh said the business feels like a family as they are all great workers who have a good time together. She is also excited to be able to be in Chillicothe again.

“We just love Chillicothe,” said Zarbakhsh.

The business provides a buy here pay here option for individuals looking to buy a car. Zarbakhsh said the store also prides itself on being honest and open with customers about pricing when dealing and working on the cars.

To celebrate the grand opening of the business Zars Cars held a ribbon-cutting ceremony where community members, workers and customers could gather. President and CEO of the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce Mike Throne said he is happy to work with the Zarbakhsh family again through the chamber.

Zars Cars is located at 2011 Western Avenue in Chillicothe.
