GRANGEVILLE — “A stable home with love and consistency is the most important thing you can offer your children,” Dr. Taylor Brown told a group of parents, caregivers, and grandparents on Jan. 25.
Brown, a new Syringa care provider, spoke to a group of about 15 at Grangeville’s Lewis-Clark Early Childhood Program (LCECP; Head Start) located at Grangeville Elementary Middle School.
