Planet Fitness, one of the largest fitness club franchises, is facing the heat from users on social media after a woman reported a man shaving in the women’s locker room. The incident took place at the company’s Alaska Planet Fitness gym.

The woman, who claims to be a member of the gym chain, posted a video online. In the footage that has gone viral of its posting the unidentified wwoman claimed that a minor girl was inside the locker room when the man showed up.
