Eva Longoria, 48, just reminded all her Instagram followers that she is #fitnessgoals. The Desperate Housewives star, 48, shared a video of herself exercising in a strappy blue matching workout set from personal trainer Senada Greca’s clothing line, Zentoa—and her abs and booty have never looked stronger. In the video, she is also crushing some weighted tricep pulldowns on a resistance machine, and her arms are super toned.

Working out is a “nonnegotiable” for Eva, who shared with Women’s Health that she makes time for hour-long sweat sessions every day. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said. Eva does a mix of cardio (her fave is trampoline classes from The Ness) and strength training, working with personal trainers Julia Brown of Thrive With Julia or Grant Roberts of Granite Gym. “I do very heavy weights,” she said. “I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl.”

To stretch out her sculpted muscles, Eva also makes yoga and other forms of low-impact fitness a priority. “If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I’ll go for a walk because I didn’t get to work out,” she added. “Even if it’s just stretching, I need to do something.”

To fuel her active days, Eva told WH that she does intermittent fasting. For her, that means she only eats between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., loading up on lots of protein and veggies throughout the day (she often opts for steak, fish, or chicken with vegetables).

Making her own meals is a daily priority for Eva, too. “I’ve been cooking for 20 years, and I may not be a chef, but I’m a really good cook,” she told WH. “I cook [my family] breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s therapeutic for me.”

Btw, if you want to eat like Eva, she recently shared her recipe for homemade Bolognese on Instagram.

She also loves a good cocktail—because, everything in moderation!—and recently shared a video of herself making the TikTok-famous Aperol Margarita, which she called “two of my favorite things.”

Work hard, play hard, Eva!
