Planet Fitness Opens A Day Early At Warwick Square; Take A Look Inside

JAMISON, PA — The new Planet Fitness opened on Monday, a day earlier than expected at the Warwick Square Shopping Center on York Road.

“We’re excited to be putting roots in the Jamison area and serving its community,” said Jen Taylor, area director. “The process of opening a gym is an exciting one, and we can’t wait for our members to see this brand-new facility!”

The new 25,000 square foot Planet Fitness offers state-of-the-art cardio machines and strength equipment, 30-Minute Express Circuit, numerous flat-screen televisions, fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, and more.

“Opening Jamison has been a great experience – to see and witness how people have grown professionally during this process,” said Elaina Smith, the regional director of operations. “Thanks to the smooth construction process and teamwork that helped us get this gym open sooner than we anticipated!”

The new facility will be open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, five days a week Monday through Friday from 12 a.m. to 9 p.m and Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
