DO SQUATS. SO BASICALLY DOING DEEP SQUATS WILL BUILD YOUR GLUTES OKAY. THAT’S GOING TO WORK THAT A LAT PULL DOWNS AT THE GYM WILL BUILD YOUR MUSCLE. BUILD THIS AREA OKAY. CHEST PRESS WILL BUILD THE CHEST BUT LIFT HEAVY TO BUILD MUSCLE. A LOT OF WOMEN DON’T LIKE TO LIFT HEAVY BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE THEY’RE GOING TO GET BIG LIKE A MAN, RIGHT? THAT’S A MYTH. SO BASICALLY, YEAH, IT’S YEAH, IT IS HARD, BUT HIGH REPS, HIGH REPS WILL GIVE YOU THE DEFINITION. BUT WEIGHT TRAINING IS THE KEY. WEIGHT TRAINING. SO PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN WE EAT SO MUCH PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN AND LOTS OF WATER TO BUILD A BLOCK OF MUSCLE. YEP. ALL THE ALL THE TIME ALL THE TIME. BUT THIS HAS KEPT YOU GUYS TOGETHER. YES. IT’S REALLY A GIFT BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE DIDN’T HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING RAISED IN HOUSEHOLDS WHERE, YOU KNOW, WE DIDN’T HAVE SODA AND WE DIDN’T HAVE THOSE PROCESSED SNACKS. SO NOW AS AN ADULT, IT COMES NATURALLY. SO IT WAS FUN. WE ALWAYS DID THINGS TOGETHER. ACTIVE TENNIS, DANCE, ALL THE FUN THINGS, AND IT REALLY CARRIED INTO MY ADULTHOOD. THAT’S AWESOME.
