Boutique fitness studio latest tenant to move into historic PNC Tower

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Work on a new group fitness studio is underway inside one of Cincinnati’s most iconic and historic buildings.

Eleven Fitness Club will occupy around 7,000 square feet of space on the first and second floor of the Union Central Tower along Fourth Street, also known as PNC Tower.

Childhood friends and business partners Nick Broerman, who also owns downtown bar Queen City Exchange, and Ryan Davidson are fitness industry veterans.

“We both felt that it was kind of time to make a move and branch out and do something on our own,” Broerman said.

Broerman told Cincinnati Business Courier talks of opening the club have been in the works since early 2022 when he learned about the future plans for the tower.
