HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A jury has found one of two men connected to a 2023 deadly shooting in Horry County guilty of his crimes.

45-year-old Abdullah Seifullah was found guilty of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime on Thursday.

His conviction is connected with the death of 20-year-old David Roldan-Dimas, who was found shot dead in his car in the parking lot of Planet Fitness in Carolina Forest.

Seifullah’s co-defendant Branden Huertas has yet to be sentenced for his involvement.

Warrants said Huertas was driving the car while Seifullah was the gunman, and he was “acting in concert with others, did shoot and kill the victim.”
