The Mother Earth bowl is the cornerstone of the Flower Child menu, which includes foods like ancient grains, sweet potatoes, grilled mushrooms, cucumber relish, and broccoli pesto, all rolled into one flavorful bowl. The Chicken Yakisoba Noodles, Carolina BBQ Chicken Wrap, and customizable plates are also available on the menu, offering healthy meals that won’t sacrifice taste.

The best part? It’s all fresh.

“Something I’m really proud of is we prep it all fresh,” Barsalou said. “Everything is made in-house, it’s all scratch-made, prepped fresh daily.”
