Falling Chicken Prices Spark Global Appetite for Protein Meals


According to the IFIC Food & Health Survey, 29% of consumers prioritize protein as a key attribute in healthy eating. They also found that “high-protein” is the number one eating pattern that people aim for, at 18%, followed by mindful eating (17%) and calorie-counting (12%).
