1. Grants and Donations to Benefit Local Communities!

Grants and in-kind donations to eligible nonprofits to benefit local communities. Donation types include products, gift cards, cash, and sponsorships. The Funder supports organizations that share its mission to transform communities, with the commitment to end hunger in local communities.

2. Children’s Nutrition and Agricultural Education!

Grants to Institutions of Higher Education, research institutions, and nonprofits enhance children’s nutritional health and promote agricultural education. Projects help expand existing farm-to-school initiatives and other food and experiential agricultural learning initiatives.

3. Projects and Activities to Benefit Local Residents!

In addition, grants to eligible nonprofits to benefit local residents. Funding is for projects and activities focusing on nutrition and food, veterans, disabled individuals, and young people.

4. Children’s Health and Wellness and Food Security!

Grants up to $500 and in-kind donations to eligible nonprofits, schools, tribes, and faith-based organizations to benefit children. Areas of focus include food security, health and wellness, and DEI programming. Support includes both monetary donations and gift cards.

5. Grants for Projects to Benefit Local Communities!

Grants to organizations for projects to benefit local communities. Funding will address issues including nutrient stewardship, sustainable communities, hunger, agricultural education and development, habitat conservation, and watershed restoration.

6. Programs Benefiting Individuals in Need!

Also, grants to nonprofits to provide programs benefiting individuals in need. Priority consideration is for specific programs and direct, tangible assistance, excluding equipment or general operating support.

7. Funding for Medical Fellowship Training Programs!

Grants to community hospitals, medical societies and associations, and teaching institutions for fellowship training programs. The purpose of funding is to address disease states and therapeutic studies for products from the Funding source.

8. Improving Health in Local Communities!

Grants to nonprofits to improve health within local communities. Funding supports education and outreach projects: nutrition, wellness, health, human development, and neonatal care. The purpose of the program is to nurture local communities, promote the understanding of human health and development, and empower parents.

9. Nutrition-Based Research, Education and Training!

In addition, grants to nonprofits, medical and educational institutions, and faith-based and community organizations for nutrition-focused projects. A priority consideration will be for training, educational programs, and research projects stressing the connection between health and diet.

10. Research on Children’s Health and Wellness!

Grants to nonprofits and public institutions, including IHEs, for research projects focused on the health and nutrition of young children. A priority is for projects whose with a primary focus on children from birth to three years.

11. Community-Based Food and Nutrition Programs!

There are grants to nonprofits for community-based programs focused on food and nutrition. Focus areas include nutrition education, food access, cooking skills, healthy and active lifestyles, and urban agricultural programs with a community focus and the goal of developing participation in the farm-to-fork economy.

12. Grants for Programs Addressing Food Security!

Also, grants to eligible nonprofits, government agencies, schools, and libraries for food security programs. The program’s purpose supports food and nutrition programs to address malnutrition by ensuring access to and the use of nutritious foods.
