Greece, N.Y. — It was an exciting day in Greece Wednesday, all in the name of good health.

The grand opening was held for The Center, a new fitness center located on Vince Tofany Blvd. in Greece.

The state-of-the-art facility, which is right next to the Greece Town Hall, includes fitness equipment and activities for all age groups.

“This was a two-year project from the very beginning of the planning, and we built this through the pandemic,” “We had challenges sometimes with product shipments and whatnot, and we waited over a year just for wooden doors. So we had some delays but we worked through it, and here we are today.”

Joining the center is free for Greece residents, but even if you don’t live in the town, you can still buy passes.
