ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – It can be really difficult to get kids to eat their fruits and veggies, but it’s so important that they do consume those nutritional foods.
It can be twice as difficult when you have a busy family and finding time to make meals with those foods can be hard. That’s why it’s important to find fun ways to incorporate nutritional foods, or schedule an appointment with a registered dietitian to help keep you on track.
