Next week, on Wednesday, Feb. 14, the library is hosting a free virtual program called “How to Actually Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions This Year?”

It will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and it will feature Marisa McCoy, a a retail registered dietitian from ShopRite of Southington in a Zoom presentation.

Of course between a gut-busting Super Bowl Sunday and/or a sweet Valentine’s Day meal, this time of year is ripe for folks to unravel a bit on the eating healthy quest.

As a result, what better time than now to plan to attend a virtual program on this topic?

“Tired of repeating the same health and wellness-related New Year’s resolution every year?” wrote the library in an announcement. “Let’s actually stick to your goals this year with tips from Marisa.”
