Born in London and raised in Cornwall, Steve Covus served in the British Royal Navy for nearly 26 years before finding his way to Elizabethtown.

“I left school and joined when I was 18,” Covus said. “Where I lived, there wasn’t much else going on. I spent 20 years cooking in the Royal Navy.”
