Mandy Enright, M.S., RDN, RYT, is an award-winning registered dietitian, yoga and fitness instructor and mindfulness facilitator specializing in worksite wellness. A former advertising executive, Mandy is on a mission helping busy professionals prioritize self-care without overhauling their lives.

She empowers individuals with practical strategies for meal planning, smart food shopping and kitchen hacks that actually fit into real-life schedules. In addition to serving as an editor and featured nutrition expert at EatingWell, Mandy is a trusted media voice, regularly appearing on networks like The CW and ABC and in publications including U.S. News & World Report and Shape. She is the author of The 30-Minute Weight Loss Cookbook: 100+ Quick and Easy Recipes for Sustainable Weight Loss.

A lifelong mover, she holds certifications in yoga, stand-up paddle board yoga and kickboxing. Her mindfulness training includes mindfulness-based stress reduction and certification as a workplace mindfulness facilitator.
