Las Vegas (KSNV) — A fast casual dining brand is looking to spread its healthy food alternatives with the Las Vegas valley in the near future.
Modern Market Eatery has expanded its franchise development opportunities to include Las Vegas, where they plan to open six new restaurants here in the valley within the next four to five years.
The franchise is known for its fast, healthy, and affordable eating options, focusing on fresh, whole, and sustainable ingredients crafted into scratch-made entrees.
“In recent years, there has been a surge in consumer demand for clean eating options nationwide, and this presents an excellent opportunity for potential franchisees to tap into this strong trend by bringing our brand to cities like Las Vegas,” said Modern Market Eatery Chief Development Officer Chris Cheek.
“Healthy eating is predicted to be a priority for Americans for years to come, and we hope that franchisees in Las Vegas continue our mission of redefining the meaning of fast-casual dining in Nevada.”
