SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -It’s Healthy Eating Month, and these pesto bites are both tasty and healthy!
Ingredients
12 tsp. basil pesto
6 rosemary & sea salt flatbread thins, halved
1 (3-oz.) pkg salami
⅓ c. crumbled Cheddar cheese
Small fresh basil leaves for garnish
Directions
- Spread 1 tsp. Pesto on each cracker half. Fold each salami slice into quarters.
- Top each cracker with two folded salami; sprinkle with crumbled Cheddar cheese. Garnish with basil leaves, if desired.
- Serve and Enjoy!
