The Jackson Fire Department (JFD) is thanking District Manager Mike Woosen and Planet Fitness for their generous donation of fitness equipment.

According to the JFD, Woosen reached out to offer treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and recumbent bikes for the department’s use.

“How could we say no?”

The department posted on social media post, expressing appreciation for the ongoing support and partnership with Planet Fitness.

The equipment will help firefighters stay fit and ready for the physical demands of their jobs. The JFD described itself as the “Always Ready Team” and emphasized how these resources will help them continue to meet that standard.
