CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Teens ages 14 – 19 can continue to strengthen their minds and bodies this summer with a free membership to Planet Fitness.
Planet Fitness has brought back their High School Summer pass which is a free membership for teens ages 14 – 19 all summer long, from June to August 31. They’ll have access to all the gym’s workout gear and learn from trainers. To sign up, teens can go on planetfitness.com/summerpass and parents can sign off for teens under 18 years old.
Planet Fitness trainer Shannon DeBoef shows off a variety of exercise that guests can do with their provided equipment like a medicine ball. She demonstrates exercises like plyometric jumping jacks, reverse lung with a torso twist, power skips, and the “wood chopper.”
